Dzurynska cavern
This amazing cave is located in the south of Ternopil region near Nagyriany village. Not far from cave the river Dzuryn flows, by its name the cavern was called. River flows through the picturesque amphitheater, created by mountains, which surround a valley from all sides. An old fortress rises in the centre of valley. One more mark in this place is Dzuryn waterfall. River falls down from the ledge with a height of 10 m, then there is one more cascade with a height of 3 m. Then it moves around the valley and after several kilometers it flows into Dnister.The entrance to the cave is located in several kilometers from the valley, near the gypsum quarry. The entrance corridor looks like a low pass with a liquid clay on the bottom. There is not any interesting on the upper floor. Lower floor impresses by its beauty and diversity of crystal form. The length of gypsum crystals reaches to 60 sm. Now the entrance in cave is blocked by goaf.
