Nutrition in rafting

Gastronomic likings are very different in everybody, and it is hard to satisfied all wishes in the field conditions. But with years we improve our tavel menu, all the time note tourists’ wishes.

So we try our food to be:

  1. Sterling: we always prepare hot soups (borsches), or porridges with the salads:
  2. Innocuous: so we must except from the menu those products, especially meat, that decays. Instead of that we use canned fish (sardines) and stew.

We maximally avoid the different concentrates, preservatives, flavor enhancer and artificial spices, and choose instead of it free vegetables and greens.
