Ternopil Sport Tourist Club was created in 1967 as a tourists' community. Since 1990 it is a tourist company with a license of touroperator АБ № 329968, reissued in 2007. Active Tours Department was created in 2004. Since that time we have conducted hundreds of rafting and caving tours, dozens of hikes and excursions, several bike tours and several huge events. Beside commercial tours available for everybody, TSTC organizes sport trips of high difficulty which require special tourist training. Thus we were in Altay (Siberia), Caucasians, Kareliya (Nothern Russia) and Polish Tatry. TSTC organizes and takes part in different tourist competitions and festivals. For example in 2007 our command of catamaran-4 has won Ukrainian Championship on Cheremosh.
