(from Kyiv: train № 43K Kyiv - Ivano-Frankivsk; departure from Kyiv at 7:16 p.m., arrival to Ivano-Frankivsk at 7:02 a.m.)

day 2 Journey on foot in the Carpathians

day 3 Conquering Pip Ivan Mountain

climbing the Pip Ivan Mountain, 2028 m (8 - 10 hours) where old Polish observatory is located: you can enjoy the marvellous landscapes of the Chornohora range with its highest peaks (Hoverla, 2061 m; Brebeneskul, 2035 m; Petros, 2020 m), and also the Romanian Carpathians
